DECIDED TO GET WORK THINGS OUT WITH GUY 1 . A MONTH LTR FOUND OUT I WAS PG WITH GUY 2 BABY .AS GUY 1 IS STERILE .GUY 1 SAYS WE WILL RAISE BABY AS OURS. OK FINE GUY 2 HEARS I AM PG AND DEMANDS I END THING WITH GUY1 .I SAY HELL NO AND PROCEED TO INFORM GUY 2 THAT I HAVE PLANNED A ABORTION ASAP.HE GOES CRAZY. THREATENS MY OTHER KIDS LIFE ,GETS IN A FISTFIGHT WITH GUY 1 ,GOES OVER TO SISTERS HOUSE WITH A KNIFE THREATENS TO COME KILL ME AND GUY 1 ,GOES TO MY JOB AND PROCEEDS TO MAKE A SCENE ,THREATENING MY COWORKERS BOSS AND SUPERVISORS /CUSTOMERS ,THAT COST ME MY JOB .HAD POLICE CALLED FOUND HIM BEHIND A BUSH NEAR MY CAR WAITING FOR ME .I STAYED OUT OF SIGHT FOR 9 MONTHS. HAD BABY. AND HAS HEARD THRU THE GRAPEVINE I DID NOT GET A ABORTION AND HE WANTS TO SEEK SHARED CUSTODY AND I FOUND OUT THAT HE IS ON TEN YEARS PROBATION FOR AGGRAVATED CHILD ASSAULT ON A MINOR UNDER 5 TWICE CONVICTED HE IS A DRUNK AND HE IS VERY VIOLENT AND HAD=S TO BE SUPERVISED WITH KIDS AND NOT NEAR A MINOR ECT ECT .MY QUESTION IS CAN HE ACTUALLY SEEK AND GET CUSTODY WITH HIS PRIOR CONVICTION EVEN IF HE IS NOT THE FATHER ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND IF HE SHOWS UP AT MY HOUSE CAN I GET A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST HIM AND HAVE HIM ARRESTED I AM AFRAID THAT IF HE COMES HER GUY1 WILL SHOOT HIM OR GUY 2 WILL BREAK IN MY HOME AND HARM GUY1 ME BABY AND HIMSELF AND IF HE WOULD GET CUSTODY HE WILL MOLEST MY CHILD BTW I LIVE IN TEXAS SORRY SO LONG THANKS

If anyone knows of some realtors that know the areas surrounding Dallas like Grapevine, Bedford etc. area that are not a really far drive from the airport,. We are looking to rent a home. All my family used to go to this Dr. Michael Shea in Grapevine (76051). His phone is disconnected and his office is for lease. I have not checked with his neighboring businesses yet. But is there any requirement by law as to what happens to the patient files? Apparently no one has bought his biz as they would have contacted the patients? Thanks!
