I have an extensive background in real Estate. When I was 17 I purchased my first real estate investment property. Growing up in Idaho I was part of a family business that was (and still is) extensively involved in nearly all facets of real estate. Agricultural, Development, residential, Commercial motels, Property management, hard money loans. Additionally I hold degrees in Horticulture, Business, and Agronomy. Also I have been a property manager for over ten years.

Although I am able to help both buyers and sellers of all levels and income ranges it is my intention to help those looking to rent or purchase a home and to assist real estate investors find lucrative investments in land, commercial, and residential property. Due to my experience I am better able to provide assistance in analyzing investment property.
