You can go to your local register of deed or maybe called "RMC" (outdated term) office. They will have all the records of sales, priced, etc. since records began being kept.

talk to your a realtor in your area

  • miataraceman:

ask the person who bought it

  • mizkatee:

Check in with the Tax office. They are happy to share all this information with you

  • gbmom2000:

You can look up information on prices paid for any home at your county’s appraiser’s office….and they can usually be found on line.

  • smithwin2002:

Due to privacy laws the best avenue to take is to contact a real estate broker in the area. They will have all this info at their finger tips.

  • dizzyas_02:

the best thing to do is contact a realtor in your area and tell them what your looking for they use a system, that only realtors use. Or if you know addresses you can do a property search for the county tax assessors office online, or contact them via the phone

  • wldflwr:

I believe real estate transactions can be accessed by real estate agents 30 days after close, they become public record.

  • coachbart22:

Call the county court house (it’s usually the assessors office). That information is publc knowledge.

  • Stuart:

Try dentonhousefinder.com for home values in your area. For prices that homes have actually sold for, try the real estate website.
